Custard & Jam Danish
Buttery, flaky pastry, a ring of vanilla custard and a spoon of berry jam, glazed straight from the oven.

The glaze
Each one gets a glaze brushed on straight out of the oven, while the pastry is still hot. That is what gives the edges their deep golden shine.
Can I order it?
